THE developer behind plans for a large new Lampeter residentialdevelopment has vowed to do everything possible to allay concernsover the proposal.
Applicant Elgan Jones has already reduced the number of homesplanned for the development on land opposite Brongest from 38 to 24,offered to carry out road improvements and build a footway andpedestrian bridge.
He will also dedicate one acre of land on the site to thecommunity as part of a plan which will go ahead once a section 106agreement on affordable housing and the improvements is met.
