Qld: Asylum seekers to arrive in Brisbane on Sat afternoon
Four asylum seekers suffering life-threatening burns from a boat explosion will arrive
in Brisbane this afternoon .. where they will be operated on almost immediately.
They were due to arrive at the Royal Brisbane hospital last night but were deemed too
unwell to travel.
The hospitals director of burns Dr MICHAEL MULLER says the four men .. who are all
in induced comas .. will need extensive care.
He says they will be in intensive care for some weeks .. and cared for by the hospital
for many months.
