NSW: Lewthwaite will need permission to leave home
Convicted child killer JOHN LEWTHWAITE will need permission to leave his house .. under
his parole conditions.
Corrective Services Commissioner RON WOODHAM says LEWTHWAITE will be tracked with an
electronic ankle bracelet .. following his release from Silverwater Jail today.
The anklet will let NSW corrective services officers know where LEWTHWAITE is at all times.
Mr WOODHAM says exclusion zones .. possibly around schools .. will be developed ..
and LEWTHWAITE will be arrested if he goes inside them.
He says LEWTHWAITE will wear the anklet indefinitely .. and he'll need permission to
walk outside the house.
LEWTHWAITE is the first parolee in NSW to be tracked this way.
