TATA TELESERVICES SELECTS VALLENT TO MANAGE THEIR NETWORK.(Company overview)

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 2006--Vallent(TM) Corporation (formerly WatchMark(R)-Comnitel and Metrica(R)), the global leader in Service Assurance management of evolving, complex communication services, announced today that Tata Teleservices (TTL) is deploying Vallent's market-leading performance management solution to effectively monitor and manage their mobile and fixed networks and rapidly introduce new value-added services.

TTL pioneered the 3G CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology platform in India. TTL has established a reliable telecom infrastructure, partnering with Motorola, Ericsson, Lucent and ECI Telecom to deploy a dependable and technologically advanced network.
